Rull Associats is a personal project built on a long-standing commitment to delivering practical, tailored performance-management solutions.
Over time, I have built a collaborative network of specialists across multiple disciplines to deliver the organization, integration, and analysis capabilities companies need to make better decisions.
I am Lluis Rull, founder of Rull Associats.
I have spent years helping companies bring order to their information so leadership can make decisions with greater clarity.

Who do I work with?

I lead projects involving business analysis, performance-management design, and decision-support information systems.
For Corporate Finance projects, I work with experienced advisors in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and valuation.
For digital projects, I collaborate with developers experienced in technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and WordPress.
What is my background and experience?
Between 1991 and 1996, I worked at Caixa Tarragona, where I trained in COBOL while completing studies in business and tourism operations.
Later I completed a degree in Business Administration while working, with roles in audit and credit management at Hotel Blaumar de Salou and later in quality-control consulting at Cualicontrol ACI.
In 2000 I earned an inter-university MBA (UB, UAB, UPC, UOC). In 2010 I completed the Executive Master’s in Financial Management at EADA, and in 2020 the Expert Program in International Taxation at ESADE. I believe continuous learning is essential to deliver the highest level of value to every client.
What are my values?
Professionally: loyalty, flexibility, and humility. Client trust is earned by working under those principles.
Personally: family is my anchor. I have been married for more than 25 years and am the father of three sons.
And outside of work?
Swimming whenever I can, losing at chess, and traveling whenever possible.
